Rebecca Bourke

Rebecca Bourke is a qualified Counsellor and has over 16 years experience in Counselling, Coaching Family Law Mediation.

Rebecca has 2 children and is married to ex AFL Geelong Cats Captain Damian Bourke. Rebecca has specialised in sports mindset coaching with the Australian Institute of Sport, supporting her clients to achieve gold, silver and smash world records at the Beijing Olympics! 

 Rebecca has developed programs to help the long term unemployed across rural NSW.

Using the Mindset strategies she discovered while coaching our elite athletes. Rebecca implemented the coaching programs for long term - sometimes third generation unemployed people into sustainable and fulfilling employment across the central west in NSW with huge success. The ripple effects from this has been less bullying suffered by the children in these families, with more income to provide essentials and improved self worth from the participants, resulting in more harmonious community participation and family environments. 

Rebecca has a broad background, having worked as an adult learning trainer, change manager, businesswoman and more. All of these experiences allow Rebecca to provide unique insights and support strategies for her clients. 

Rebecca is currently specialising in - but not limited to, court-ordered family counselling services, Co-parenting counselling, individuals counselling and therapeutic mediation.
